Promotion period: 12:00am AEST, 1 September 2026 – 11:59pm AEST, 30 September 2026 ("the Promotional Period").
1. The Offer
1.1 During the Promotional Period, customers who spend $2,000 AUD or more (inclusive of GST, calculated on the order subtotal before shipping) in a single transaction on in2lighting.com.au are eligible to choose one of the following rewards ("the Reward"):
- (a) 20 Free Downlights — twenty (20) units of the nominated Nova Downlight (single-unit variant only) added to the qualifying order at no charge, applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required for this option.
- (b) Free Item Pick — one (1) item, to the customer's choice, valued at $240 AUD or under, selected from the designated "Reno Free Pick" collection on the Website, made free of charge upon entry of the promotional code RENOPICK at checkout.
1.2 Customers may redeem only one of the two Reward options per qualifying order. The two Rewards cannot be combined or claimed together on the same order.
1.3 The $2,000 spend threshold must be met by the value of items in the customer's cart at the time of checkout, inclusive of the item(s) being claimed under the Reward.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to all customers making a purchase on in2lighting.com.au during the Promotional Period, whether or not they hold a trade account.
2.2 Each customer may redeem the Promotion once during the Promotional Period, regardless of how many qualifying orders they place. "Customer" is determined by account, email address, and/or billing details at In2Lighting's reasonable discretion.
2.3 The Promotion applies to online orders only, placed via in2lighting.com.au. It does not apply to phone, email, or in-person orders unless expressly approved by In2Lighting.
3. Reward Details
3.1 20 Free Downlights: the nominated free downlight is the single-unit variant of the Nova Downlight (White/Tri-Colour) only. Bulk pack variants of the same product are not eligible and will not be discounted. This Reward is capped at twenty (20) units per qualifying order; any additional units beyond twenty will be charged at full price.
3.2 Free Item Pick: eligible items are limited to those listed in the "Reno Free Pick" collection on the Website at the time of order, all of which are priced at $240 AUD or under. This Reward is capped at one (1) item per qualifying order. In2Lighting reserves the right to amend the products included in the Reno Free Pick collection at any time without notice, including due to stock availability.
3.3 Items obtained through the Promotion have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for credit.
4. Returns and Order Changes
4.1 If a qualifying order is returned, cancelled, or modified such that the paid portion of the order falls below the $2,000 threshold, the Reward item(s) must also be returned, or will be charged to the customer at full price.
4.2 Standard return conditions (see In2Lighting's Returns Policy) apply to all paid items in a qualifying order. The Reward item itself, being provided free of charge, is not eligible for a monetary refund but may be returned in accordance with clause 4.1.
5. General Conditions
5.1 In2Lighting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, including adjusting the spend threshold, Reward value, or eligible products, provided that such changes do not affect orders already placed.
5.2 In2Lighting reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order it reasonably suspects has been placed to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the terms of this Promotion.
5.3 This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.4 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
5.5 Standard shipping terms apply to all orders, including those made under this Promotion (see In2Lighting's Shipping Policy).
5.6 Nothing in these terms limits any rights a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
5.7 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
