Delivery and ordering in Brisbane
Our current shipping policy estimates 4–5 business days in transit to metro QLD, starting from dispatch. Regional deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days. Processing, stock availability and backorders can extend the time before dispatch, and courier estimates are not guaranteed. Check the product’s dispatch information and contact us before ordering if you have an installation deadline.
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders over $200 in QLD. Freight charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout. Non-standard items or addresses outside normal courier coverage may require a separate freight arrangement. See our Shipping Policy for conditions.

How do I choose lights for a verandah or alfresco area?
Choose a fitting the manufacturer permits for that location, then check its IP rating, materials and installation instructions. A sheltered verandah and a wall exposed to rain can need different fittings. Ask your electrician to confirm suitability before installation.
How do I choose outdoor lighting?
Check the individual fitting’s IP rating and manufacturer’s permitted installation locations. IP ratings do not establish resistance to salt corrosion, UV exposure or heat. For coastal or exposed positions, check the materials, finish, maintenance requirements and manufacturer’s guidance, and have your electrician confirm suitability.
Can I return a light if I change my mind?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible change-of-mind return. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Approved returns incur a 30% restocking fee, return freight and applicable outbound delivery costs. Customised and identified special-order items are excluded.
